Facebook's Iphone is one of the most popular Iphone apps. The Iphone 3GS Version made the app faster and better versus the IPhone 3G version; however the 3G is very good as well. The notification and address book sync are great additions too!
When you launch the Facebook app you will need to setup a user id which is the email address of your choice and choose a password. Once you setup user name and password on the Iphone Facebook app you will need to go to your email account and verify that you are a legitimate user. Once you confirm, you are ready to use Facebook whereever you go.
Now it time to find some friends and add them to you friends list. Facebook now has new rules so you won't be able to look at anyone's photos unless they confirm you as a friend first. Once that is done you are ok to look at whatever on their pages.

News Feed - What your friends/family status may be
Profile - All about you. This is where you can add what is on your mind.
Friends - Here is where all of your friends will be listed.
Chat - You can chat with anyone online of the Facebook page
Requests - You will want to check this periodically for anyone requesting to be your friend or any other request
Inbox -
Photos - Here is where you store all of your photos.
Notes - If you want to make a note to yourself
Events - This is your calendar to store birthdays. Facebook will remind you who's birth it is.
