"No, not my IPhone"

Robin, my husband takes the time out to make sure that my IPhone gets the proper updates and that I have the protective cover as well as the case for my IPhone. Even after doing all of the above, my new IPhone 3G still managed to take a dive...thank goodness we bought the Apple Care. Never would I had thought I would have an experience like I had at the Apple Store. Everything was organized and when it became my turn in line, I was help with no problems. The little waiting time I had gave me a chance to play with the other gadgets in the store. After 15 minutes of looking at my IPhone, The Apple Tech decided that my IPhone needed replacing. Come to find out...yahoo will not allow any memos over 3MB's and I was trying to send an 8MB's memo with me singing on it. I was trying to send a song that I was singing to my personal email. So, we will assume that was the problem.
